Personal identification data: name, CNIC/NICOP (only when necessary), passport number (if applicable), date of birth.

Account data: usernames, hashed passwords ( Encrypted), profile preferences.

Sensitive data: in limited situations we may collect sensitive information (for example certain financial or identification documents) where necessary to provide services — we will request explicit consent when required.

Our services are intended for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 18. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us so we can take appropriate steps.

Our site may contain links to third-party websites and services not covered by this Policy. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites; please read their policies before sharing personal information.
16. Compliance with law & local context
Taxsono is committed to complying with applicable Pakistani laws, including provisions relevant to electronic data and cybercrime (such as the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act, 2016), and will monitor developments in national data-protection legislation (for example the draft Personal Data Protection Bill) and update our practices as required.
