Welcome to Taxsono. Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully — they govern your use of this website (the “Website” or “Site”) and any services, tools, content, or communications accessible through the Site. THE SITE, ITS CONTENT, APPLICATIONS, SOFTWARE, TOOLS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. TAXSONO MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT ACCESS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. TAXSONO DOES NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS OR USEFULNESS OF ANY INFORMATION ON THE SITE.


4. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER TAXSONO NOR ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS OR CONTRACTORS SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR ANY SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH THE SITE, EVEN IF TAXSONO HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL TAXSONO’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT, IF ANY, PAID BY YOU TO TAXSONO FOR USE OF THE SITE DURING THE ONE(1) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.


5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and page layouts — is the property of Taxsono or its licensors and is protected by Pakistan and international copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You may print or download one copy of content for your personal, non-commercial use, provided you do not remove any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices. Any other use, reproduction, distribution, modification or republication of Site content without Taxsono’s prior written permission is prohibited.


6. User Conduct — Prohibited Activities

While using the Site you must not:

  • Restrict or inhibit any other user from using or enjoying the Site.

  • Post or transmit unlawful, fraudulent, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, profane, threatening, abusive, hateful or otherwise objectionable material.

8. Professional Advice, Opinions and Transactions

Information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional tax or legal advice. Nothing in our communications, emails, website content, attachments, enclosures or other accompanying materials is intended to be, or shall be construed as, a legal or formal opinion. Establishing a formal client relationship with Taxsono requires a written engagement agreement signed by authorized representatives of both you and Taxsono. Do not act or refrain from acting based solely on information on the Site.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only; Taxsono does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, or practices of third-party sites. Your use of linked sites is at your own risk.

13. “Government Bodies We Serve” — Logos and Representation

The “Government Bodies we Serve” section on our homepage may display logos or names of governmental institutions to indicate the areas, services or government sectors in which Taxsono provides services or has experience. Display of a government logo or name on the Site does not mean Taxsono is endorsed by, sponsored by, affiliated with, or an official partner of those government bodies unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise. Logos are used for identification of service areas only.


14. Affiliates

Taxsono does not have any affiliates. Taxsono does not operate through affiliate entities and does not represent that it has affiliate relationships in connection with services provided on this Site.


15. Miscellaneous

  • Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms and your relationship with Taxsono shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You and Taxsono agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pakistan.

  • Waiver: The failure of Taxsono to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms (together with our Privacy Policy and any other terms expressly incorporated herein) constitute the entire agreement between you and Taxsono regarding the Site and supersede all prior agreements.
